A dream doesn’t have to be big to be powerful. It can be as simple as wanting to feed someone hungry. This time, one such wish came from a trader in South Africa – and it led to 86 warm meals shared with those in need.
A dream full of kindness
Our Dreamway winner from South Africa had a wish that broke our heart. They wanted to cook a warm meal for people experiencing homelessness.
It was all about kindness, community, and making sure someone felt seen and cared for. This selfless wish reminded us that even the smallest act of care can make a difference.
Bringing the dream to life
We were moved by the idea and knew we had to help. So we went to Elim and, with the help of our partner, prepared 86 meal boxes with drinks – then handed them out to people who needed them most.
Seeing people receive a warm meal and a moment of kindness was truly moving. It reminded us that food is not just about nourishment – it’s also about connection.
